NMLS ONLINE SELF STUDY PRE-LICENSE EDUCATION SPECIAL OFFER
Some states require additional and specific hours to be completed to obtain a mortgage license in that state. Only the states listed in the drop-down will require additional education.
Prerequisites to applying for additional licensure.
1. Verify with the NMLS that your 20-hour course credits are valid in the state you are applying for a license.
2. Passed the National Exam.
3. Complete any required state-specific PE courses.
Your course will be available in your account for 3 months from the day it was purchased. It is accessible 24/7 and is self-paced
Each course is broken into chapters that contain a five-minute video and a one question quiz to test comprehension.
