PREMIUM COMPLIANCE SOLUTIONS
Over the course of six months, you will receive the following policies and procedures:
- Anti-Money Laundering
- Red Flags
- TILA
- RESPA
- SAFE Act
- Fair Lending
- HMDA
- HOEPA
You will also receive pre-recorded, monthly compliance training for all of your employees. The training, which acts as a Compliance Management System for your company, will track your employee’s progress and completion.
In addition, you will also receive Compliance Department support, via phone and email to assist you with compliance related questions, as well as advertisement support. A company customized training, tailored to your company’s needs/request will also be provided.
In the event of a CFPB or State audit, a member of MEC’s Compliance Department will be made available to come to your office for up to two days to assist you in preparing for the audit.
