This course is designed for mortgage professionals wanting to learn more about cybersecurity and the requirements under federal law. This course discusses the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the privacy requirements under GLBA, specifically discussing the Safeguards and Pretexting Rule.
