If CE hour requirements change, the MLO must meet the new requirements after the effective date of the new requirement.

If an MLO gets their license between November 1st and December 31st, they will not have to complete CE that year.

If you failed to complete your 2024 continuing education including any state-specific education, you are required to complete late CE to make up those hours to apply for your license renewal. MEC has ALL NMLS Late CE hours approved in a self-study format for any state.
