David Luna began in the mortgage industry in 1980. He has served on national and state boards and holds several national and state certifications. He has been a consultant for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other large national banks. He has been featured in Mortgage Technology Magazine, National Mortgage Professional, MGIC, industry publications, NBC, CBS, and ABC.


David is the President of Mortgage Educators and Compliance, an NMLS-approved education provider. He has served as Commissioner (a Governor appointed mortgage regulator) and in several executive positions for banks, credit unions, mortgage bankers, and brokerages throughout his career, including Mellon Bank of New York, Great Western Bank of California, several Federal Credit Unions as well as Vice President of large publicly traded Mortgage Companies.





Kathy has been in the mortgage industry since 2007 with her first role as a marketing
specialist, and then she quickly became a Mortgage Loan Officer. A few years later, she
became a Branch Manager, and finally, she opened her own mortgage company. In 2014, she created a nationwide online mortgage school. Teaching is Kathy’s passion, no matter the topic. Her flair, enthusiasm, humor, personal stories, and wide range of knowledge make her courses fun to be a part of, it’s obvious she enjoys her craft and her students. Kathy maintains her mortgage license in multiple states and continues to originate, and teaches continuing education for realtors in the state of Oregon.






Andrew has over 20 years of experience within the mortgage industry, including leading multiple mortgage branches, holding executive positions for a large regional bank, and overseeing 12 branches as the Mortgage & Consumer Lending Manager. Andrew is a recognized author and former radio host specializing in financial and mortgage topics. Since 2011, Andrew has specialized in Mortgage Training, Coaching, and Education nationwide while maintaining a current mortgage loan originator license in multiple states. He is passionate about conveying his knowledge and experience, utilizing his unique and engaging teaching style to benefit the future success of his students.





Kerry Blackburn has been a Mortgage Professional since 2000 and is an active licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Arizona. He has a passion for training individuals in the Mortgage Industry and uses his comical wit, mixed with real-life storytelling examples, to inspire and lift others to become better originators. He and his beautiful wife have been married for over 40 years, and in that time raised three lovely daughters. In his spare time, he thoroughly enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.




Tyna has been an attorney since 2009 and has practiced exclusively in mortgage compliance since 2012. As a Vice President of Mortgage Educators and Compliance, Tyna brings a wealth of knowledge about both the mortgage industry and its various laws and regulations. She provides guidance on how to navigate the minefield of mortgage laws and regulations safely, how to handle state audits, and provides mock CFPB audits to keep your company compliant. When not working, Tyna enjoys hiking, traveling, working out, doing yoga, finding a good book to read and spending as much time as she can with her 3 kids and husband. 





Randall has been in the mortgage industry since 1990 and began teaching as National Mortgage Education Instructor in 2012. He has extensive experience originating both residential and commercial loans. Randall also loves to give back to the community as the founder of HWBM, a non-profit organization working with low-income families and the homeless. When not originating or training, Randall is an avid outdoor enthusiast and loves to spend time with his wife, four children, and one grandchild.




Marve Stockert has been a part of the mortgage industry since 1970. He has worn many hats and has held roles in origination, servicing, and in the secondary market. In 1990, He began to teach, mentor, and tutor mortgage loan originators. He was also the executive director of a state mortgage association for 25 years and was awarded the President’s Award by the National Association of Mortgage Bankers in 2006. In his spare time, Marve is an avid golfer.




Marty Lough, former president of WAMP, has been teaching loan originators and real estate since 2000. He has worked in many roles during his time within this industry such as mortgage loan originator, broker, and regional manager. He became part of the Mortgage Educators and Compliance team in 2015, bringing his expertise to his students in both English and Spanish. 




 Audrey is a sales leader at Guarantee Mortgage in Walnut Creek, California. She is involved with many mortgage associations and committees and teaches continuing education classes for loan originators. She has been in this industry since 1989 after being pulled away from her law school aspirations to collect rent from families associated with her mother’s real estate and mortgage company. It was through this real-world experience that Audrey gained a priceless education in the mortgage industry! Audrey currently co-hosts a podcast called Mortgage Pros 411 that gives up-to-date changes in the market each week, where she brings her real-world experience to the public.





Kevin Casey is a top-producing loan officer in the Bay Area and the country. He is known for his creative, patient, and caring approach that allows his clients to purchase their dream homes, while simultaneously undergoing a loan process that feels smooth and stress-free.

He is active in the mortgage industry through his membership in the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, where he began doing webinars for other Mortgage Professions and then just recently served as State President. Kevin has been the recipient of several awards, including National and California recognition as a mortgage leader. Kevin currently co-hosts Mortgage Pros 411.





A Real Estate and Mortgage professional since 1998, Richard Murphy has the knowledge and experience necessary to educate individuals on the ever-changing market. As the President of Premier Equity Partners, Richard continues to stay involved in industry matters which he shares while traveling the country teaching real estate and mortgage professionals effective sales and marketing strategies along with how to determine key trends that enable professionals to stand apart from their competition. Since 2015, Richard has been a national trainer for Mortgage Educators and Compliance teaching Continuing Education to loan officers via webinars and in-person classes.





Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, as one of fifteen children, E.L., a former professional baseball player for the Cleveland Indians, has been in the banking/finance and real estate industry for many years. E.L. has hosted many shows including “Real Estate U and Finance” with Professor C on CNN and KPRC. E.L. has served on the boards of banks, mortgage companies and various non-profit organizations. He also served on the Commercial Rebuild Board of New Orleans LA and acted as a Consultant to the New Orleans Recovery Authority (NORA Board) for residential and commercial redevelopment for Orleans Parish of Louisiana. Currently, E.L. is the Director of the Ausburn Small Business Loan Conference Program and host of the National Loan Orientation Workshops for entrepreneurs and small business owners.





Guy Schwartz has worked as a loan originator since 1986. He is a passionate teacher and enjoys sharing the knowledge he’s collected during his many years in this industry. He has gained a loyal following of past students due to his teaching style which promotes ethical, and well-informed loan origination standards.




Wayne has worked in the Mortgage industry as an Originator, Sales Manager, and Branch Manager since 1990. He has extensive experience originating all Standard FHA, VA, and Conventional Products. Wayne has built a strong pipeline by educating buyers and realtors. Currently, Wayne teaches First Time Homebuyer Classes twice per month and Realtor Continuing Education Classes regularly.
