What happens now?
We use the survey at the end of the course which has your name, email, and NMLS ID number to bank your hours directly with the NMLS. We will bank the hours directly to the NMLS for you. This process may take up to 3-5 business days after we receive the survey. If you did not fill out the survey or did not finish filling out the survey, please go back return to the course and submit the completed survey.

We provide a certificate when you complete the entire course. The certificate is located in the gradebook within the 8 hour course. You can reach the gradebook by clicking on the course name on your home screen in our website, then clicking the gradebook icon in the upper right portion of the screen. There is a print certificate link that should appear on the right hand side of your gradebook. If it does not appear, then please email us at [email protected] and we will make sure the certificate is available for you in a timely manner. This certificate is for your records only and is not used to submit completions to the NMLS.
After NMLS has processed your course completion, they will notify you through email that your 8 hours of continuing education has been fulfilled. Alternately, you can log into your NMLS account profile and verify the completion there as well.
Once you have completed the course, you can contact NMLS with any questions about your course completion and license renewal.
