Washington One (1) Hour Annual Update Course

In addition to the eight hours of continuing education administered by NMLS, all licensed mortgage loan originators practicing in the state of Washington must complete the One (1) Hour Washington Annual Update Course. This course provides important updates specific to the state of Washington including licensing requirements, rules, and non-compliant trends resulting in disciplinary action. We encourage all licensees to take this course early in the calendar year to receive the updated information as soon as possible.

After completing an update course, a licensee will receive a course completion certificate.
